Ama Dablam
Ama Dablam has long been considered the prettiest mountain in the world. High on her Southwest face hangs a glacier resembling a 'Dablam' - the sacred ornament box worn by ladies in the Sherpa community. It was this spectacular feature that got her the name "Ama Dablam". She lies alongside Everest in the heart of the Khumbu valley offering a superb climb up a spectacular ridge.

Cho Oyu
Cho Oyu stands high above the Tibetan plains on the Nepal / Tibet border, and is an ideal choice for mountaineers ready to test themselves on the eight thousanders. The world's sixth highest mountain, is to the locals a holy mountain. It was first climbed by S. Moechler, H. Tichy and p. Dawa Lama in 1954. On a good day the view from the summit plateau is breathtaking, in a sweep you take in the entire panorama of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Chamlang, Ama Dablam and other peaks of the Khumbu.

South Everest (From Nepal Side)
Even though the highest mountain in the world has been conquered many times in these forty six year since the first conquest. Everest is still as mysterious, beguiling and magnificent as ever. Standing incredibly tall silhouetted against the shared sky of Nepal and Tibet, this mountain has many names: Chomolungma, Sagarmatha, Qomolungma or Mt. Everest. Which ever name one chooses, its mystery still lives on. It was first climbed by Sir E. Hillary & Tenzing Norgay in 1953.

Makalu
This mountain is an impressive mass of red granite. The Great Black One, so called due to its dark brooding appearance is considered a massif with a "future". Makalu lies in the north east region of Nepal and is a close neighbour to Mount Everest. Despite it being the fifth tallest among the eight thousanders, the mountain is still virtually 'new'. It was first climbed by a French Team led by Jean Franco in 1955.

Shishapangma
Its Sanskrit name is "Gosainthan". Reinhold Messner called it "an exquisite apparition". Indeed, it is Emerging out of the earth-brown Tibetan plateau a solitary snow goddess rearing its not-so-ugly head out to be admired. It was first climbed by H. Ching and Nine Climbers in 1664. This 'exquisite apparition' is located in central Himalaya and lies totally within Tibet. To the east lies Mount Molamenchen to the west Mount Xifeng and Mount Nandengri and to the northwest Mount Kangbochen.
