You can make payments in USD cash, TC or by credit cards (we accept all major credit cards). For the reservation or advance booking, you can wire deposit in our company bank account or you can send us fax with your credit card details.

The following provisions have been made for reservations:

1. 20% deposit required for booking
2. Final payment to be paid before departure from Kathmandu or Asian Journey counter, nearest your travel destination.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to start date of trip.
4. 10% deposit is not refundable for cancellations.
5. Complementary for group leader above 10 people (flight ticket is not included).
6. Payment accepted by credit card, cash, bank draft, or wire transfer.
